BML Munjal University MBA review

It a good college which provides us with good experience and knowledge of the corporate world. In terms of infrastructure, BML Munjal University is one of the best colleges in the country matching international standards. It has all modern tools and techniques that facilitate teaching. The classes are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled. There are projectors for presentations. There are a fully equipped auditorium and state-of-the-art seminar labs. To ensure safety and security of the students, the campus has CCTVs and is manned by security staff.

The course is rigorous as you will hardly get any time off studies. We have a module system where we have 2 modules in a semester. So we have 4 modules in a year which means we have exams every 3 months. We have a lot of assignments and quizzes and tests. This helps us in getting knowledge about a lot of subjects. In addition to this, we also have subjects that teach us about emotional intelligence and how to excel. The subjects are really good and thoughtful to help us get better for the corporate world.

Being a 1st-year student, I have heard good about the placements from my seniors. The placement process is still going on and many are already placed. Internship process too in our batch is going on and most of them have got the internships.

We have a lot of events in our college. Recently we had fest. Other than that MBA has a lot of experiential learning and hence a lot of events to teach us about the subjects taught to us. Our fest was amazing and we had some big DJs and singers in our college along with a lot of competitions and participants from different colleges. All the events are student organised and we have to manage the whole events and work towards making them a success.

It's a residential MBA so the hostel is necessary as 2e have classes till late in the night. The classes are more fun classes using smart classes and interactive and experiential learning. Our college fee is approx 18 Lacs including the hostel and mess charges. Tuition fees are nearly 14 Lacs

I did not opt for any educational loans. We do have a scholarship for local people of Haryana. Also, if you have scored good marks in your entrance tests, you can ask for any scholarships available.

Co-curricular activities are given utmost importance. There are several student clubs that one can be part of to pursue their hobbies. Several clubs promote students’ interest in photography, cinematography, environment, robotics, debate, etc. The college complex also has a cricket ground, volleyball court, basketball court among the many sports facilities. The students take part in inter-college sports tournaments. The campus also has a fully equipped gym. We have a beautiful campus with a lot of greenery and labs and centres to organise various events at.

Hostel is good with a lot of security. The timings are also good as the curfew starts from 1.30 am and we can hangout and study together till then. Although we have to get into college at 10 pm sharp we can stay out inside the campus and study or relax till 1.30. The rooms are good with oven, fridge and kettle provided to us.

Seniors here are very helpful. We have a buddy program where the seniors contact the newcomers and get in touch with them to tell them about the college. They make them feel confident about the college and the newcomers don't have to be a stranger to the college and to the seniors.

I heard about this college from my friend for the first time when she came to attend BMU's fest. I was intrigued about this college mainly because of Hero Group and Imperial College London. I gave the MAT to get a college. Due to my graduation exams, I could not attempt any other entrance tests. I visited the campus after applying for an MBA and getting a call for the interview. My interview went fine and I got the offer letter. It's better to apply early as the college takes limited admissions.

Most of the teachers are very good and helpful. They are updated with the corporate on-goings. They focus on both theoretical as well as the practical aspect. They teach in a way that you not just understand the concept but can implement it in the real world. The teaching method is aimed at making the students industry-ready.
