Remarks

The college offers very good academics and has a good infrastructure. The facilities are highly qualified and are the main reason for the academics. But college life is not so good as it is very strict here and they have a lot of rules and regulations.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

In my opinion, the course curriculum is not so good, as it is very stressful. Students are not able to catch up with the curriculum. The exam structure is also not so good as the study leaves are very few.

Placement Experience

5

The placements and job opportunities are very good here. A lot of companies come here to hire students, so we are having a greater exposure. Most of the students are getting placed and the college offers 100% placements to students. The college also offers internship opportunities for students in foreign universities in Japan, Germany, Australia, etc.

College Events

3

The events are Bharatham, which is our cultural fest. It's the most interesting event in college as students can showcase their talents. Then we have an intercollegiate tech-fest known as Abhiyantriki and an intra college tech-fest called Techshethra.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is not so affordable to everyone as it is a little expensive. The tuition fees are around 80000 rs and they also have a deposit of one lakh which is given back at the completion of the course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers various scholarships for students. They give cash prices for students who got high marks in University exams. They also offer students fewer fees if they have good ranks in entrance exams.

Campus Life

5

The extra activities are really good. There's a lot of area for playing games, with ground's for playing cricket, volleyball, football, etc. There are two basketball courts, one tennis court and an indoor court for playing badminton.

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostel infrastructure is very good. In my opinion, it's the best facilities one could get in Kerala. The food is also good but the fees that we pay are a little bit more than other colleges, but no regrets as we are having a lot of facilities.

Alumni/Alumna

Rajagiri has very good alumni as they are very much involved in activities happening in the college. The senior students are very much helpful. Last year for our tech-fest the Rajagiri alumni was the main sponsor.

Admission

I got admission to Rajagiri through the entrance exam. They have a separate cutoff for every branch of engineering, so we should clear the specified cutoff so as to get an admission. There are more than two allotment processes.

Faculty

4

Faculties are good but there are some exceptions. Most of the faculty are very much interested in completing the topics but they are not bothered about the students, whether they understand the topics clearly or not.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Placement Experience:

Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all. We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
