Remarks

The college provides good education and gives opportunity to take part in every possible manner and helps the students grow big.

Entrance Preview

I joined the college by giving JEE entrance exam and then I chose this college to pursue my B.tech degree. My scoring was above average and got what i wanted.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course from first year was pretty good but some of the subject syllabus need to be updated as per latest requirements of the people .And also the course for second and third and fourth year requires some improvements in them so that it is very much updated and according to the need of time.

Internships Opportunities

There was no such thing in the college.Stipend was not included in the internship which was about 40 days training .I learned alot during training period and also cleared alot of my unanswered questions.

Placement Experience

There were many companies which recently came while I was in college. TCS was also included in them which high level of tough questions and ofcourse very difficult training too.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes ofcourse, It does provide to the students and also bright students do get a certain amount of discount in their yearly fees.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum exam ready for students of mechanical engineering it focuses on industrial level exposure and for other competitive exams like gate and IES with good faculty who teaches almost all concepts. There are labs for each subject in which we get real world application knowledge. Also course is updated regularly as per the requirement of industry . The course can we improved by making course more practical rather than a writing all things on practical it should include project for students. Frequency of exam is that in every 15 days there is a exam with moderate to difficult level.

Placement Experience:

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

At BIT Mesra third is like full of practice for placements and final year more of placements activities than studies. So, when all these things are in order placements obviously will be more or less certain and here they are certain only with almost 90% students are places through campus with annual placements of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

According to my perspective or point of view students initiate preparing for placement cells in 3rd year ( 5th semester). The highest package of our college is 14 LPA And average package is 3.4 LPA. Approx 72 %students got placed in different different companies like tcs, wipro, accenture etc.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

One of my colleges best features is its placements program, which offers fantastic chances for students to launch their carrers. In the fifth and sixth semesters, students are prepared with aptitude training sessions, group discussions, and resume construction. The admission process was offline. forms has to be filled up which cost 1000rs as registration. application form is available on the main building of the college in 2nd floor. There was no minimum marks for admission we only need to qualify 12th. Admission was taken through councelling of jharkhand combined exam and jcece. We had been called according to our rank in jcece exam. We had been called on different days and different tome slots. At that process we were asked to choose our preference of colleges.
