Course Curriculum Overview

The course is spread across 3 years of education. Each year has semesters which has workshops for practical training and classes for theoretical understanding of the subjects included. Its more of a skill based training course.

Placement Experience

A variety of companies such as godrej, airtel, havells, honda, LG, philips etc have conducted their recruitment drives in this institute to place students in accordance with the recruitment demands. A number of students have also been placed abroad.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is pretty feasible with training fee being INR 128000 for a duration of three years. This amount is only for day scholars. For hostelers, there some other charges that they have to pay and even in that case, it doesn't costs too much.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is certain amount of scholarship for SC/ST and other minority category students available as per the norms of the government. All the details regarding the same is made available via the admission department.

Hostel Facilities

They provide hostel accommodation for boys and the charge is just INR 6150 per semester and also a one time security deposit of INR 2000. The hostel all amenities required and also recreational facilities to make the stay relaxing for them.

There's an alumni website for this institute where people can connect with their seniors in case they need any help with anything. They are helpful and approachable in nature and also try their best to help their juniors in need.

Admission

In order to get admission in this college, students need to clear an entrance exam based on 10th standard CBSE pattern with subjects focusing on science, maths, english and general knowledge. Post examination, merit holders will be selected.

The faculty is well educated and skilled and take great interest in teaching the students. They demonstrate things more than once for the students to understand the concept well.Their focus is one overall development of children in both skills and knowledge.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement ( only those students who have aggregate equals to or more than 60 and have no backlogs in previous semesters) Mainly private companies come for campus placements. Companies like Fanuc, EPL, Mexico, moderate, Hawkins, have are visited and packages of 3.5 lakhs are provided by these companies. About 90% of students are placed every year during campus placements. I want to do a job in BHEL.

Placement Experience:

In the last of your course, you get eligible for the internships on-campus or off-campus there are various type of companies which is mentioned in the brochure of the college and the highest package I have heard is about 40 LPA in between you have to maintain a good CGPA of above 8 and you can transfer diploma to a degree after that

Placement Experience:

The placement criteria in cu are very good. More than 600+ companies visit the campus. The students who are in last year can sit for Placement. The highest package of cu is 38 lacs which was given by amazon in 2020. About 80to 90 percent of students who get placed are eligible for placement. The student who has more than 6 cgpa they are only eligible for sitting in campus placement among them 80 to 90 percent students are placed.

Remarks:

For more practical knowledge, Under the name of central govt. Moreover a well known research centre Placements are very good from this institute. There are only two streams mechanical and electronics. which are futher divided into mechanical (3yr- tools nd die, 4 yr- die and mould) Electronics (3yr- electronics ,4 yr - mechatronics),According to me there is just one disadvantage for 12 pass students that after completion of studies you will get diploma not a degree. , which is somehow i think is a negative point

Best skill based training centre -istc

The admission process was an entrance exam we were called to the college for the entrance exam there were a total of 180 seats 60 each in electronic engineering and mechanical and 30 each in advance diplomas I didn't avail any reservation benefit the application for can be found in istc website and the things which can be improved are first fees of entrance exam second the number of reservations it's a lot which is not good that's all...Read More

In the month of May, the application forms for admission in ISTC are released on their official website istc.ac.in where you can apply the fees for the application form is 1200/- for the general category & 650/- for SC/ST. To apply the student must complete their matriculation from any board. The next step after filling application form is to print the admit cards for the entrance exam in the month of June. ISTC entrance exam is held in 1st week of July, which is a 100 marks exam containing 100 questions & also time is 100 minute for the exam. From these 100 questions, 20 questions are aptitude, 20 ques maths,20 ques science, 20 ques aptitude, 20 ques GK. The negative marking is 1/4. They declare results on the next day of examination on their official website with ranks scored by competitors. Then they call for first counseling for the first 140 ranks for filling general category seats & then after for remaining seats for SC/ST/OBC which are reserved...Read More
