Remarks
The college is good and providing good facilities but it can be improved too.The placement cell and hostel facilities is an area of concern and needs to be fixed as soon as possible. With this development the college can expect more and more admission in the coming years.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college offers bachelor's degree courses in arts,commerce,computer applications and business management. There are internal exams and end semester exams which is carried out without any discretion and under strict supervision.
Placement Experience
The placement in the past has been alright but the placement cell is degrading day by day like our seniors who are in 3rd year now didn't get placed at all so it is a sign of worry for dispur College.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is around 45 k for bachelor's degree courses and around 82 k for business management. You need to pay this sum only to get a degree because your placement is not safeguarded so it is feasible if you just want a degree other wise the value for money is poor.
Fees and Financial Aid
The students are given a loan as per the rules and criteria laid by the government. Students falling under TFW (Tuition Fee Waiver) schemei.e students with annual salary less than 2 lakhs can expect a reduction in their college fees.
Hostel Facilities
There is no hostel facilities in the campus inspite of having a campus area of 50 acres.Students have to stay in PG outside the hostel which do not provide students with full security and the campus food is also quiet average.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is not strong as such because earlier they used to be placed at companies like Harley-Davidson and ITC but now it is also degrading day by day. The seniors are helpful but also frustrated sometimes at the same time because at the end of the day what every one wants is a job.
Admission
I got admission into this college through the 10+2 marks. Students need to apply online for UG degree and course and have to pay 200 INR.Then the admission will be on the basis of merit list after which one need to report to the college for verification of documents.
