Remarks
The campus is well built with a number of foreign trees almost for 365 acres. The management was good. The laboratories were awesome. A student should have at least 75% of attendance to appear in the End of Semester Examination (ESE). The attendance was taken through tablets. There is a free wi-fi connection is available for students in the college library. Also there is a Student Centre (canteen) for students to discuss about their problems.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus of the course in our college is based on research. Because of this curriculum only the college stands one among the best colleges. Also the syllabus is regularly updated.
Placement Experience
The job opportunities is good. There is a placement cell situated in our college. Also we one check details in the website mcc.edu.in. The college provides placements from several companies very often. It's appllicaple to 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of Under Graduate and also Post Graduate students.
College Events
The college is working with 33 various departments. Each department have their own festival. The college have College Union Society (CUS) which have posts such as Chairman, General Secretary, Cultural Convenor, Academics Convenor, Women Convenor of which Cultural Convenor manages the events held in colleges. The common event called DEEPWOODS was celebrated every year. The college have 6 hostels of which 3 for boys and other 3 for girls. Each hostel will have number of events celebrated as scheduled.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college fees is of course feasible if compared to other private institutions of the state. For the aided stream (Government), the overall fees for UG is Rs 45,000. For the Self Financed Stream (SFS), it will be Rs.60,000 to Rs.70,000.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college offers many scholarships from different institutions. It helps the students from poor background and also for all other ones too. The scholarships are based on their marks. By completing the required document verification, a student can be offered.
Campus Life
There are separate playing grounds for each sports. There is an indoor stadium and also a pavilion for cricket. Students can practice after their classes got over. The labs were built with modern infrastructure. There are separate labs for the respective departments such as Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Statistics, etc.
Alumni/Alumna
There is an Alumni Association. Meeting of that association will be held very often. They are useful to junior students for discussing the issues going on in the college. They interact with the juniors easily.
Admission
I got admission on the basis of my percentage in 12th examination. The admission process is simple, just the student have to visit to the college with parents and complete the certificate verification and then the payment of fees. Also they have to fill another form except from the online application form.
Faculty
The faculty have a clear-cut knowledge about the subject. They not just come and lecture. They relate the subject with one's life. Students should take seminar in front of the class just to improve their teaching skills and to avoid stage fear.
