Remarks

College needs a good campus and need a play ground wigh good facilities regarding to placement cell. Some core companies for mechanical engineering.

Entrance Preview

I score 498 score in GATE 2014. This is the best college for mechanical engineerng because they have 7 Phd people in the only mechanical department and hence teaching is too good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I assess curriculum from internet and the facaulty of college is also from big multinational companies and hence they know how to teach the students very well.

Internships Opportunities

Actually there is a interanship but not officially and not provide any kind of stipend. Experience was too good and got good knowlegd. The interanship was at thermal power plant and got good quality knowleged from power plant engineers.

College Events

Zep 2014 was the biggest event we did and this is event made with all branches of the KDKCE and has very good popularity over nagpur area. Spark 2014 was also the good evevt made by mechanical department and has also good responce from students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was 20000 less than other colleges and also provides category wise concessins to the students and also has scholarships per annum. According to the other colleges this college provides some finacially supported schemes so they pay less fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes college provides schorships to the students and side wise banks are provides the loan facilities.

Campus Life

I am from mechanical so girls are too less as compared to boys near about 20 girls behind 150 boys from my batch. We did good iit workshops on robotics itself. And also did good events with hotel parties. Actually there was no ground to the college for sports activity so sports was inactively played College has good economic status.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel average and provides littile bit good facilities and specially food is of good quality with breakfast, tea, launch, dinner.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

They offered semester wise examinations with two unit tests and internal & external examinations with quality papers. Our labs are too spacious and having good no of instruments into it.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. In recent mind space give place about 12 lpa. Placement percentage is 80 percentage After getting degree my plan is for higher studies.

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Good college
