Remarks
The experience in the college has been very good. The campus of the college is very small compared to the other colleges. And the teacher could be little bit more enthusiastic and encouraging so that the students could be little bit more productive.
Course Curriculum Overview
KTU curriculum is followed by the college. And it's good academically. And exams are tough and ktu is trying to give application based questions and i think that's pretty good. Exams will be conducted twice in a year.
Placement Experience
In our college placements are mainly for computer science and information technology. Placement for other branches are very less and almost zero. The college doesn't provide any internship even if they provide there won't be any stipends.
College Events
There many events conducted in the college. But the main event are tech fest , annual day , union day and sports events like cricket tournament and football tournament. And other events are onam , Christmas etc
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure varies from merit , management and nri cota students . In merit students itself the first three students in the class has to only pay 1000? as fee per annum. And for other merit cota students fees will be around 45000? per annum For management cota 75000? per annum For nri cota 150000? per annum
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no scholarship provided by the college other than Central Government and state government scholarship. The amount varies between the cast . And the is no scholarship provided for the general cast people.
Campus Life
There are good extracurricular activities in the college but compared to other colleges the college is only providing very less opportunity . Labs ,sports and other clubs are available in the college.
Alumni/Alumna
I think alumni are helpful and give funds for the betterment of the college and to increase the infrastructure of the the college. Alumni association also do small functions including the teacher and students.
Admission
Admission is mainly on the basis of keam rank and management cota is also available. Some numbers of nri seat are also available. Mechanical is one of the main branch in the college which gets filled very fast.
Faculty
Most of the faculty are very much helpful and they always encourage us to do good in exams and the project works . Even though the way of teaching is different of each of the faculty i think students can pick what he is explaining.
