College is well maintained and equipped with all the labs and maintained up to date with new additions to the technology. College has different clubs like SAE BAJA, AERO etc which helps students to be up to date with technology.

BE in Mechanical Engineering from VTU. This is a 4 years 8 sem course, you will have 7 subjects each sem excluding the final sem which comprise of 4 subjects only including a project and seminar. Ecma will be of 125 marks each and you will have to score 35 out or 100 from written test and you will have 25 marks of internal assessment which will be assessed by internal assessment exam or assignments. You will have to score 50 out of 125 with minimum of 35 marks in external exam.

Placements for mechanical engineering is a bit low, but there is a high chance of getting placed under other fields if you attend the placement process. Our college do provide internships, industrial visits for all the batch students. Stipend depends on the internship you choose.

Torque mechanical engineering organization conducts lots of varieties of technical and non technical activities and games. College sports day, cultural day, tiara all india tech fest, campaigns, webinars etc

Fee structure for CET is feasible with around 2 lakhs for the course, when it comes to comedk, you will have to pay around 4lacs per course and again if you are wishing to join through NRI or management quota,you will have to pay around 8-10lacs per course.

Merit cum means scholarship can be applied for the course. 30,000-50,000 can be redeemed through merit cum means scholarship. Loan facility is also available from college and from the govt too. You will have to apply Each year for the college loan.

Sports department in St. Joseph Engineering college is controlled by PED of the college. College has teams for almost all the outdoor and indoor games. College team is well trained under PED of the college mMs Vaneesha V Rodriguez. Cultural activities are also conducted by our college every year.

Yes I was a hostelite, stay is good, well maintained hostel with gym and indoor games facilities. Hostel is located inside campus within 50 meters the academic block. Seperate hostel for girls and hoys.

Alumni network is well maintained by stn Joseph Engineering college as they have a veylry good gathering of alumni students every year. Alumnites are helpful in making up the decision in starting new startups and new courses.

I got my admission to this college by writing karnataka comedk exam. The selection process is simple, you will have to write exam and wait for the results and rank, you will be called for the taking up your seat depending upon the rank you have got in the comedk exam

Faculty of the college is well educated with high teaching skills. Faculties are either PhD holders or junior faculties has masters in the mechanical engineering field. Faculties has good knowledge on the syllabus and has good technical base.
