Remarks

There is always something bad and good about all the college but study and practicals are the things which important and i think hinduja has that thing

Entrance Preview

I always wanted to do something in softwares so thats why i selected IT as my career. Hinduja college has awesome faculty for teaching

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Subject of IT are very good they give us lots of practical knowledge, C++2, JAVA, ADVANCE JAVA, ASP.NET, Web Technology, DCN, Fdc And many other subjects are there in the course

Internships Opportunities

College never gave the chance for internship this is the worst thing about the college. Many other colleges gave the chance to other students for Internship. But there were many companies which came for placement in last year

Placement Experience

1

Many companies came for placments like Infosys,Wipro,IGate,Tech Mahindra. Almost every one was place in one or another company. With the name of the college it was easy for all the students to get into company

College Events

3

Events like Nexus, Aynas are celebrated every year in the college. Its not that big event but its enjoyable. Nexus is arranged by commerce students ane Aynas is arranged by IT students it has events like counter strike ,nfs competition

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure in hinduja for commerce and science is not that expensive. Every student can afford but for the ST class students there are lot of advantages for fees. For eg if fee for IT is 21 thousand so fees for ST class would be 800 or something

Fees and Financial Aid

I had heard many times in college for scholarship but to be frank in the three years no one had received the scholarship in my class. There are no sponsors in the college who gave scholarship

Campus Life

5

Campus is not that Big but college is renovating now so we can hope it will have a huge campus. There is no discrimination in the religion but the college has a sindhi quota for the admission.

Hostel Facilities

1

There are no hostels in the college. And there is no requirement for the hostels cause most of the students were from South Mumbai and they didn't required for hostels

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are good there is no ragging in the college in fact our seniors use to provide the study materials and guidance of how to clear the exams and interviews of the company

Exam Structure

Exam Structure is same as prescribed by Mumbai University and College always try to give Practical Knowledge with awesome labs

Faculty

5

Faculty of Hinduja college is awesome in studies, curricular activities. There are 3 permanent faculties and for different subjects there are visiting faculties coming for the semesters

Course Curriculum Overview:

• As I don't have maths so I have choosen this course for medical way for the future educational content and lab work. • They prepare us very good their skills and they approach in the lab practical is so good. • One one improvement as from mine is that they doesn't have some practical equipment and machinery for the working so I would like to have that to get that practical knowledge and for that they teach us theoretical for that kinds of practical. • Average the frequency and time for exam preperation is good

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

The course curriculum is very good. The syllabus of the course of relevant and also helps in preparing different entrance exams for masters. Also course offers wide variety of subjects so students can have exposure to different opportunities in the field. There are also field study visits so students can get their real world experience and exposure. The external exams are a little bit hectic as the take it into a streak. There is no gaps between the exams so it is a little hectic. Also some proffessors should provide study materials to students so it will be helpful .

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS
