Overall positive is gain the knowledge and experience of college life and the other class mates knowledge. The negative is that the teachers have only book knowledge and the curriculum is very outdated.

The course curriculum is quite outdated. They don't provide and teach current age sofwares . The books are also outdated . There are six semesters and a final exam at the end of every semester. There is also practical subject examination.

My college doesn't provide placements for my course . Even though they promised there would be placements when joining the college. Now coming to the 3rd and final year of college the college decides to cancel the placements.

The college hosts culturals and events for every department in the college. They invite guests and dignitaries from specific fields to talk and advise and share their experience in the field with the students ,which is quite helpful to the students.

My college fees per year that is two semesters is 90000 rupees. Which is quite expensive compared to other colleges such as Loyola who takes only 30000 rupees for a year. The college also takes an additional book fees 10000 rupees.

My college does not provide any kind of scholarship . One can apply for educational loan in any bank that provides such loans and can apply in my college. SRM University in quite expensive for an undergrad education.

In my college and my course there is not much of extracurricular activities apart from the culturals that are hosted. The computer lab has outdated systems and highly virus infiltrated . Sports is not that appreciated .

There is no alumni network and any means to get into contact with our serious. Atleast for my course there is no network. So it's not that helpful . The teachers help a little and share what ever knowledge they have.

Basic application filing and payment of fees. They will ask few questions regarding the course ,to know if you are interested in the course. They will see 12th standard marks . They will make you roam around campus to finish the process.

They don't have that much of field knowledge. They only have book knowledge. They do not speak English that well. Their teaching is not up to standard. They have to be more experienced and have more knowledge on working the softwares.
