SRMIST is superb in all sense!!

SRMIST is best for IT or CSE. Since I applied for both and was eligible for both I took this course as mine is CSE core and in core all languages included along with AI. Without AI, today nothing can be done as everything is integrated through them. So, I feel our subject is best as many foreign universities have shared their syllabus with us.

HCL Technologies is where I got to intern after my second semester and this semester end I have been inked by Tech Mahindra for their Pune Branch. 10000 is offered to me as stipend and also rent allowance has also been provided besides that.

Placements at SRM is so amazing that one can't just hide from them. Our placements cell like we are about to close on 4th semester and have already told us to be ready for training program from next semester. TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and HCL Technologies all the big Indian IT companies take students in basket from here.

SRMIST is a pride college as every student who study here takes pride in this. The fees for B.Tech CSE is 2.6 lakhs and this is not inclusive of hostels. So fees covers all things as exams fees and all are not to be paid extra which most colleges charges for. Yes if there is ATKT then reexamination fees is 3500 per subject.

Milan and Arush are two fests that we have in our college. Our 250 acres campus is so big that one can literally go begging lost in our campus. We have four auditoriums and our main auditorium is so big and vaat that nearly 1200 students can be accommodated in that. There are 6-8 cafes and almost every facilities like ATM, Medical Store and all are available in our college.

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG. Entrance is their for SRM University and one has to clear that to get admission here. If that is cracked then there are certain admission and beyond a point of someone scores, there's also scholarships rewards as well.

Anything about SRMIST can change but not faculties. Even if they change a like to like replacement is always available. So, best part that they never take their foot from a riding pedestal as they are hardworking and make sure we work equally hard as well.

SRMIST is not far from main town of Chennai and besides university there are malls nearby. So since malls are there almost every big and small food joint ja available there. From top pizza houses like Dominos and CPK to Burger Houses like McDonald's and Burger King are there close to our college. Also, metro station is not that far from our college.
