Remarks

From the positive side, It does give u that campus vibe and all. We could really enjoy well. The teachers are friendly. It is not like a school thats for sure. But on the negative side. The college could bring more development on infrastructure and in new new things and in some places they could make more improvements in basic things.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It works under kerala university and the exams are normal written exams. Till the 4th semester u haven't general english classes which is compulsory for all students and u have to opt for a second lamguage also. The course is completed by 3 years with 6 semesters.

Placement Experience

2

After completion of under graduate program. We can go for postgraduate programs which is also provided here only but only for some subjects. Theres no placements for job as its an arts college.

College Events

4

As our college is situated in kerala. We followe and celebrate all the festivals celebrated in kerala. Especially onam is a big deal here. And it is well celebrated. The other college functions like the arts day, College day, Freshers day are well celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is feasible for all kinds of students. They follow the kerala university fee structure. The students who have a fee reduction only has to pay less. Fees are collected in college itself and is payed at the university office.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't kno any scholarship / loan facility that is offered by my college. But u can approach the college faculties for further information regarding the scholarships and loan facilities provided by the college.

Campus Life

2.5

The labs here ara well equipped. We have a zoology lab. A botany lab, Chemistry lab, Physics lab, Geology lab, etc, and all are well maintained. The sports activities are conducted very well. We have inter department sprots competition also.

Alumni/Alumna

I don't much about the alumni part. But the pass-out students are helpful and approachable. They do visit the college frequently and they are welcome always to visit in. They do conduct gettothers.

Admission

I opted for the management seat quota. Its just like the normal admission process. Except 40% or 50% of the seats are reserved for management seats. U have to pay an amount to get one. I got admission to Ba English course

Faculty

3

The faculty is not bad. They try to bring new facilities and stuff. But still they can improve more on the basic stuff and all. Still they are approachable for any help and all and normal programs are conducted in a decent way

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching, the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Placement Experience:

From the last semester pass out we a re eligible for the campus recruitment for job or placement. So many companies visit us for the interview or some checking like , hero honda , maruti suzuki etc. the main reason for it was a low amount of budget is that get from this placement maybe 15 thousand let month ect. Only the company can take the students for it so the percentage of the students who getting placement will change in every year. My plan was to get an admission in the central government University for doing master of degree in History. And try the best exam called upsc.

Economic somehow teaches us how to manage in real world.. I can connect a lot more to real world while learning economics. It is a little too difficult to learn for sem exams. The sem exam is just in 50/70 marks.. The exam timing is 1 1/2 or 2 hrs.
