Overall review on MGIT

Negative remarks are more than positive remarks. Positive remarks are only placements now because there are no placements previous year. Negative remarks are no infrastructure, no proper management, no proper faculty, no proper lab equipment.

Course curriculum is prepared by JNTUH because our college is affiliated to JNTUH. Exams ate conducted by JNTUH University. Mid exams are conducted by college itself and semester exams are conducted by JNTUH University.

From this year placements are increased and opportunities are more. And average package will be around 4 lakhs. College don't offer any internships. We have to do internship on our own. I think this will be biggest advantage of college.

Events are plenty in college but not good at celebration. It is because there are no funds from management to celebrate we have to put our own money if management give it will be of 1% in total amount. And faculty support is very less to celebrate events. Every year we have annual celebration called Nirvana and every department will have their own technical fest.

Fee structure will be like combination tution fee and library fee. Tution fee is 1.3lakhs from this year and extra we have to pay 8k while admission. And we have to pay 1.3lakhs per annum and extra 5k every year as library fee. Also transportation fee very high ,it 22k per annum.

College don't offer any scholarships. JNTUH University offer scholarships according to our EAMCET result. Also we National scholarships based on Intermediate board Exam marks this scholarship will given according reservation system by seeing caste.

Extra curricular activities are not much encouraged by lecturers and they will say that there is no time to complete syllabus so we have to spent more time on syllabus to get good score in semester exams. Lab equipment are very old some the equipment won't work properly in our department. Sport are not much encourage.

I opted for college hostel and its worst. My rating for hostel 0/5. Infrastructure is ok but there are no basic facilities. And there is no proper management. Its waste of time to describe hostel facilities because there are no facilities.

Yes, alumni network is good. If we have good interaction with senior they are more helpful to us. By alumni also we will get some placements. If we have good interaction with alumni and seniors it will be more helpful not only in college premises but also outside the college and throughout our life.

I submitted my rank card and applied for colleges and according to cutoff ranks criteria to each and every college i got admitted to this college. After this I submitted my certificates and got admitted to this college.

Faculty is good in teaching. But highly qualified lecturers are very less like per department there are only 2 or 3 at max 5. Some senior professors are give good concept and others give only book knowledge.
