College Review

Overall the college is pretty good. Our placement is very good. There can be some improvements in the academics region. But apart from that I think, we are improving at a fast pace and are one of the good colleges in the country.

The course curriculum is pretty good. Changes are being made with the advent of technology and new courses are also added. Every semester consists of quizzes, midterm and endsem exams where in endsem carrier the highest weightage and quizzes the least.

As far placement is concerned, our college is very good. Last year our average package was around 10LPA with highest package of 36 LPA and the placements are improving year by year. Furthermore, there many internships opportunities for students in summer.

Various events are celebrated in the college around the year. The three main fests are the technical, sports and cultural namely Plinth, Desportivos and Vivacity. These all are held in January-February.

The fees of one semester is around 1.8 L. The total fees of four years amounts to about 14-15 L. There is chance of 10% hike in fees every year. This fees also incudes the hostel fee and other various charges.

The institution provides scholarship of about 20000-25000 rupees to students achieving JEE Advanced rank of less than 15k in first semester. Second semester onwards students having CGPA>9 receives the scholarship.

The labs are very well equipped with the related equipments. In regard to sports, the college is pretty good, and students are quite interested in extra curricular activities. There are various sports such as Cricket, Volleyball, Football, Lawn Tennis, Boxing, Badminton, Chess, Table Tennis, Squash, etc.

It is quite good compared to other colleges. There are double sharing as well as single rooms available. The infrastructure is pretty decent. There is wifi as well as LAN facility in the hostels. There is no data limit and the internet speed is quite good.

Seniors are very helpful. They are easily available and easy to contact to. You can contact them if you need any help related to academics or other career related advices. The college is not too old, still we have a pretty strong alumni network.

The admission is through JEE Mains. Candidates are selected on the basis of their rank in this exam. You have to first apply on the college website to be eligible for the process. In that you have to selct your preferred bramches and you will be alloted a seat according to you rank.

Most of the faculty is Ph. D and established in their field. Some faculty are from variI would say, it is above average and quite good compared to other colleges. There is also some research work doen by the faculty.
