My college

In my opinion what ever the things in your collge that you like or dislike about the college but you always miss that campus in your entire life.according to me my college need to grown alot in the name of engineering college because some school have the better atmosphere than this college.

There are 5 branches in my college mechanical,civil,electrical, electronics and communication and information technology. University which conduct the our exam is RGPV Bhopal, there is semester system for exam in our college.

There is no job placements and job opportunities provided by the college during my engineering there is no company had come to the college for the campus selection. There is no internship provided by the college.

Indira gandhi engineering college in not known for their events. There 2 or 3 events hardly organized by the initiation of the students, one is engineers day that is organizing since last two to three years,second inter branch cricket tournament that is the best event of our college according to me.and last is Techfest organizes by the college in the month of February and march.

There is moderate fee structure 24000 per year for all the students who is not beneficial for any government program if you have beneficial than according to that fee might be vary and there is scholarship also provided by the government every year according to their income.

There is no scholarship provided by the college but government provide the scholarship for the beneficial students who come under the various criteria for the scholarship not every students got the scholarship because their income is hight by the criteria.

There is not much things according to me for extracurricular activities,there is only some sports that is cricket tournament is organized by the college students and there is college team is created for the various sports like cricket and volleyball in nodel level tournament.

Hostel infrastructure is not good but atmosphere in the hostel is very good so in my opinion you must choose hostel if there is available ,three is college ground is near by the hostel ,if you have your own vehicle than you will enjoy at night.

Not so much because there is not regular alumni meet organize by the college so there is not much helpful.once when i was in final year there is first ever alumni meet is organized by the college. so that experience was good.

First i give the jee exam which is basic entrance exam for engineering Institute in india,according to my marks and rank i have to fill the choice counselling for the college after one or two week counselling result will come and college will be allotted according to the rank and choice filling.

Faculty is experienced in the mechanical electrical and civil Department but there is no experience in the information technology Department,but some new young teacher as coming so there is some hope the future.
