Remarks

Thiagarajar college is one of the best engineering college in south Tamilnadu. It is famous throughout Tamilnadu. Regarding all aspects, the college is extremely good. The faculties were very good. The labs are good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum was designed for thw betterment of students. It was designed for the future of students. The students gets exposure of most of the evolving technologies of their domain. The curriculum is designed by the college and approved by anna university.

The placement and job opportunities in our college is really good. There is a lot of companies coming for on campus recruitment. The students are well prepared. The placement training is given by the college

College Events

There are lot of events celebrated in our college. Shristi is a inter department cultural event of our college. They also conduct quest an event for different school children. There is also intra department culturals event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is really feasible. There is also scholarships provided by college and also by alumni association. The exam fees is also very low. The fees is very low so that each person with knowledge can educate himself.

Through Tamilnadu engineering counselling. The counselling ranks is based on 12th mark cut-off. the cut off mark is calculated by maths , physics and chemistry marks in 12th standard. The counselling was held in chennai.

Faculty

The faculties were very good. They are really friendly. They are at a level of IIT professors. Their experience makes it easier for the students to earn the knowledge. Their knowledge is a enlightening thing.

College with good environment, teaching and placements

Placement Experience:

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

About My University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I influenced by my friends who joined in this course ,later on I adjusted with it ,the curriculum prepares students in which they are capable to understand in their own way with which they build up projects and expos and many more events conducted by the other collages to participate in it. It is a tough situation to deal with it because the minimal gap between the sessionals is 1.5 month so for students it a stress to cover the syllabus of all subjects and with project works etc.

I have applied for firstly SSN and write exam but i not able to get it. I get here through TNEA, it is a counselling condued by State government for engineering students.
