Our college is good in discipline and have good placement

My college is one of the best institutions in Himachal Pradesh. The infrastructure is very good and beautiful as well. We are provided with the best facilities like a big Library, labs, gym and also the transport facilities which are very convenient for the students.

Arni University is an affiliated University, so the course curriculum is good overall. I think it covered all the aspects of the B.Tech course. Our exam depends on state University. So, in my opinion the course is tough but if you study well and work hard you can achieve anything.

Placement is not so good as it is a newly established institution, an internship is provided to the topper students though. But stipends are not provided to the students. But I hope and believe they will get placement for us. Around 20 students are known to get placement in IT and Pharma companies.

The fees are a little bit expensive but are feasible because the students can avail of the transport facilities, the hostel's facilities, gym, etc. I pursued a B.Tech course of 4 years duration. It costs 1.05 Lakhs a year, this includes the tuition fees of the 2 semesters which means there are 2 semesters each in a year. So the grand total cost of the course is around 4 Lakhs.

Life at the campus is very fun, we can just chill and relax with our friends during the break and off periods. We have a Library, where we can read and study in peace. I was staying in a hostel and the hostel facilities were very good and I like my hostel too.

Admissions can be done on the basis of merit and entrance exam mode, as I have scored above 85% in my class-12 exam my admission was done on the merit basis. I filled out the form online and then got the counseling online too and then finally granted the admission. The process was pretty smooth.

We have a lot of extracurricular activities in our college. We have sports events, I even participated in the volleyball competition. It was really fun. We have cultural events in each department and also every department organized workshops and seminars which are really helpful for us.
