A review on AIET

AIET is well known for it’s achievement in the fields of sports, cultural, academics and innovative research. It has got Innovation lab, cultural clubs, speakers forum and departmental forums. All these help individual’s personal growth.

AIET is affiliated to VTU and follows it’s curriculum for BE in ECE. There is semester system. There will be exams conducted by the university. Theory and practical exams are conducted based on the guidelines and schedule by VTU.

AIET is providing good placement opportunities. There were less opportunities on the core sector in electronics domain. The training and placement department is working on providing proper training prior to final year.

Alva’s Chakravyuh: An inter-college level technical and cultural feat held at AIET. Various technical and cultural events will be conducted. Alva’s Motorig: Display of vintage cars and motorcycles. Also auto expo. Alva’s Nudisiri Alva’s Virasat

It is feasible compared to other colleges in the region. There will some sort of concession based on the achievement of an individual in various fields such as sports, cultural and academics which will be helpful.

I did not opt for the hostel accommodation while I was pursuing my engineering at AIET. But, as I have seen the hostel facility by which I can tell that those facilities are good. The campus is surrounded by lot of greenery.

Nowadays management is putting an effort to build a network of alumni’s. There was an initiative from the faculties and management to form an effective Alumni’s Club which is great thing to start with.

The faculties of AIET are knowledgable and friendly at the same time which makes students to show interest in the curriculum. They are supportive in all the aspects including the non-curricular activities.
