College rule and regulations are very flexible and you will get ample time to excel in your life. Very chill and cool place. Lots of memories are there and I can't forget those. My college life was best stage of my life till.

Course curriculum is well defined and well structured as all NITs are dimmed university, so they define their own course structure as per their need and requirements. Exam happens as mid sem and end sem in a semester.

Placement and job opportunity are tremendous high here. According to one survey in 2017-2018 NIT jamshedpur ranked 3 in term of placement only. Around 200 company do visits for 600 students here and average package of college remained 7-8 Lakh per annum for 2018-19.paid internship offer do come but limited to college students but anyone can try from their side.

There are two main fest in our college i.e. OJASS and UTKARSH. Ojass is 2nd largest North Indian technical fest and utkarsh is also famous cultural event of our college in which lot of students from different colleges do come to participate and enjoy.

Yes, it's feasible, Although it has got modified in recent time but lot of scholarship and fee waiver program are also available for college student. For SC-ST, only mess fee is required to submit in college.

FFE(foundation for excellence) is one of best scholarship for all categories of students. Beside this, Tata Cummins and State govt scholarship are also some good source. SBI branch office inside campus provide easy loan to everyone who wants.

Lots of extra curricular activity happen in college. Sports meet happens annually in college and medal are provided to winners. Labs are well equippef and maintained by good laboratoriest. Although they don't have much knowledge but they discuss good points and take care of lab stuffs.

Hostel infrastructure and facility are best here. Food quality is good and staying facility is also good. You will get good environment and safe surrounding in hostel. Elevator and 24hour power and water supply is there. Free wifi and tv and common room facility are also there.

Yes, they are helpful and stay in touch to them. Many alumni of this college are at higher level. For example, MD of power grid company is Mr. IS jha, who is alumni of our college. And we stay in touch with them for various purpose.

Admission process starts after you qualify for JEE MAIN exam and secure a better rank, then I filled choice of this college in my counseling process and luckily I got this college. Once I saw result of counselling , I reported to my college for document verification.

Faculty of college are all well in knowledge but only few of them want to express that in front to students as students generally feel boring if faculty teaches well to them in college. But almost all teaching staff have Ph.D degree.
