Remarks

I'm quite neutral reviews for the University as my overall experience is quite satisfactory, but as it is still a new University it needs many advancements to came up on top. And the University is trying hard to achieve that.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Exam structure is super chill, there are exams at only one time per semester, there are no mid-terms, sessional exams, other assessments, only one end Sem exams. Course curriculum rigid you can't do anything and you don't have enough time to indulge in other activities too.

Placement Experience

3

Placement and job opportunities are quite good there and college also provides quality internships as our seniors have done internships at AIIMS, IIT, IISc, Ivy League Universities, etc. Placements provided by the university is also good as they also provide government jobs at their placement cell.

College Events

3

There are many events celebrated in the college, in which main is Abhivyanjana which is basically a cultural fest and it's the major fest being celebrated at the university then there is Dawat-e-GBU which is food Fest which is celebrated twice a year. Many stars came up for Abhivyanjana and students enjoy that.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite expensive as government is not giving the funds they should give to the University so due to that University has become self sustaining from that moment, fees is quite higher as compared to other government universities.

Fees and Financial Aid

University offers UP state level scholarship, which is disbursed by UP state government. Education loan can be availed as college can assist you for the loan but don't provide any loan facility solely there.

Campus Life

5

Our university has world's best labs, have latest equipments for biotechnology , our university also have 4 stadiums, for different sports and have huge auditorium which have intake of 1000 people at once.

Hostel Facilities

4

Yes, I'm living at university hostel, they have world class infrastructure for hostels and quality of food is also above par, all the basic facilities are easily available at hostels. There is a complex of all the hostels as there are total of 12 hostels with 250 capacity each.

Alumni/Alumna

Till now I've not found them useful, they are busy in their own lives, they don't indulge much in juniors lives due to strict ragging policy, they hesitate in communicating juniors as they are afraid that they can file complaint against them.

Admission

I've given GPTU entrance exam, which is university level examination for several courses available in the university, and then they called me for the counseling and then I got admission in the university.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty of college is pretty decent but there are different schools and every school is uniquely known for there faculties, as School Of Biotechnology is said to have strictest faculty in whole university which will debar you even at 74.9% attendance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
