Course Curriculum Overview

BE (bachelor of engineering), as the college is affiliated with VTU. There will be 3 internals conducted initially by the college. After which there will be an external exam which will be conducted officially by the VTU. And marks will be alloted according to the rules and regulations.

Placement Experience

Our college has a special training classes which is conducted by the team zestech. The team zestech trains the students by adopting the different teaching skills, conducts many aptitude tests, soft skills, etc.

College Events

Our college conducts many events like hackathon. In which the students gives different ideas, also many seminars, and many other workshop which improves the students knowledge other than academics the college also celebrates regional festivals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There is different fee structure for different types of admission like if the student gets admission through KCET the fees will be 56000 + 20000 and if the students get admissions through management the fees will be 150000.

Fees and Financial Aid

The government of Karnataka offers scholarships for every student according to the GPA they have scored. Government offers up to rs 21000.

I can rate the hostel infrastructure as 4.5. The food provided in the hostel is very hygiene and healthy. There will a room provided for each 3 students of same branch of the different branch in choice of the student.

Admission

I got admission by appearing in the KCET entrance test. In which the students are alloted the college they choose accordingly to there rank in KCET. Students can select the college and the branch while in option entry which will be conducted after the announcement of results.

Facilities of BGS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY are very well trained, friendly. They conduct the classes in a very smooth way and make sure each and every sudents are understanding the concepts. And the lab assistance is also very good.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Nitte: My review on my college

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
