Remarks

I would like to give a positive remark to the college that is it does not matter whether you are holding a good rank or the worse rank you will definitely get addmision in this college if you approach this college for admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is best as per my regard because it includes all the field related subject such as GST and Taxation, Accounting and book keeping etc. The course includes many subjects which really helps in getting the job.

Placement Experience

3.5

Yeah. This college provides Internship and Job fair in the college which somewhere helps the students to get the job and internship. But the negative perspective is that only marketing related companies comes in the college those who want to make their carrier in finance and accounts this college isn't a good idea.

College Events

3.5

1. Fresher's party 2. Farewell party 3. Sports day 4. Job fair 5. International film fair 6. Industrial visits 7. Career counseling 8. Tour 9. Diwali Mela 10. Festivals Etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible, Because it is a private college so the fees is average. As I am the student of B.com(H) the fees is Rs. 76000 per year and I think it is feasible as it is a private college.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't think that this college provides any kind of scholarship and loan to students as I am in 3rd year didn't hear about any kind of scholarship which the college provides for the students.

Campus Life

4

If I talk about the extracurricular activities such as Library, Library of this college sometimes do not look like a library students shouts here and there no silence in the library. For outdoor activities there is no Ground where students can play games such as cricket or football.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni were good enough some of them were very helpful regarding syllabus and studies. Some of them were rude in nature but it does not matter because every college has the same kind of stuff in their campus.

Admission

Firstly you have to clear the GGSIPU CET for the addmision in various colleges affiliated to this college and then according to your CET rank you will choose your college. After CET you must have to enroll for the counciling to get the addmision.

Faculty

4

The faculty of my college is not best as per my opinion because I think they does partiality to the students some times j have seen this makes me angry when all students are not treated same. So the faculty is not good enough.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the BCom Hons course curriculum at SBSC around 7 out of 10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. One of the main reasons I chose this course was because it offers a good mix of commerce subjects like Financial Accounting, Business Law, and Corporate Law, along with exposure to Economics and Management, which seemed useful whether I go for MBA or competitive exams later. The first-year subjects felt more like a base, but from second semester onward it started to get a bit more practical. Each subject has 25 marks for internals and 75 for the main exam. Most exams are 3 hours long and subjective, and I’d say the difficulty level is moderate. If you’ve been regular with notes and study the past papers, it’s not hard to pass, but getting 8+ CGPA requires consistent effort. Overall, the curriculum gives a decent foundation but it could be way better if more practical components and industry exposure were added.

Placement Experience:

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college. The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .
