Best Engineering College in Goa.

Excellant college for Engineering studies. Facilities offered here are quiet good and i dont think if some of the colleges in goa even have these facilities in their campus. Faculties are excellant. Campus is clean and tidy.

Course curriculum is quiet good, however it doesnt make us industry ready. One has to attend different workshops/courses to attain those skills. There are 8 semesters. Each semester consists of 2-3 internal tests, average of which is added to your final semester marks.

As i am still in the 2nd year, i dont have much knowledge of this however i know that in the past few years the number of students who got placed in different companies is quiet big. Our college has also joined hands with some private company to provide internship to the students.

There are 4 different department wise intercollege technical/non technical events like sankriti, Inspirus, Technova, ignitron. We also have a Cultural event known as Procyon every year which is only open to dbce students.

The fee structure is quiet expensive, however the facilities that we get here in the college are quiet good. We also have air conditoned labs in our college. College campus alsoi s kept neat and clean.

I dont know about my college offering any loans to the students however the Goa education corporation has a interest free loan facility for students all over goa. One has to simply fill a form with all the other documents to avail this facility

We have Well equipped air conditioned labs in Our college. There is a football ground, a volleyball ground, a basketball court in the campus. We also hav badminton and table tennis courts inside the college.

Some of the college alumni conduct workshops for students which are very much needed. Senior students are also very helpful and encourage their juniors to take part in different events, attend workshops and so on.

One will have to answer Gcet entrance test to get admission to this college. Admissions are based on merit list. There will be 3 rounds once every month at Directorate of technical education, Porvorim. Students can choose the college of their choice during the rounds.

Our faculties are one of the best. They provide us with all the notes to be ready to answer the Semester. They clear our individual doubts too. I dont think any other Engineering College in Goa has such good faculties as DBCE.
