Among the best college in Pune

First you think being in a girls college is too boring but trust me this is much better than the co-ed ones. You can do such things for which you would never get chance in co-ed college. This is really a worthy College.

From 2016, Cummins was an autonomous college. Due to which course curriculum is quite better than that of university. It covers more about practical and real life solutions. As they have independency for the mode of exam, mostly our sessionals are poster presentation, video presentation, etc. This makes the exam more interesting and we explore more real life problems.

Placements of our college is very good. Our TPO is also very hardworking and only due to her placements are getting better day by day. Cummins also provide internship and even I got selected for CitiCorp with 40000 stipend.

Innovation (technical event) Gandhaar(Cultural event) Pentacle(Sports event) This are the some events that happens in a year. Their are also some events organised by the sanstha MKSSS. Cummins students can also participate in that.

Compared to other colleges in Pune it is somewhat expensive. As it became autonomous two years back they have full independence to make the fee structure according to them. Not only this but there are different fees for exam and stationery in each semester.

Many scholarship are available in this college like Goldman Sachs, Amdocs, Tata, Katalyst etc. One should apply for this scholarship in there first year as they have much chances of getting selected for the scholarship.

Labs, sports are very good. We have different sections in ground to play different games. Our labs are quite spacious and the computers and other machines are in good condition. Besides study there are also many extra curricular activities happens in our college

I am in private hostel so I don't have much idea about the college hostels. But I heard from my friends that they are also not bad. Among them Yashlaxmi was the best. There are other hostels too named as Baya Karve and Divekar.

Yes seniors are very helpful. They always guide us motivate us. The one who already placed in good companies or got an internship, they always come to us to tell us how to prepare and what to prepare.

I had given the Maharashtra CET and scored 140 marks in it. There were total three rounds and I got Cummins college in the second round. Then I confirmed my admission through cap round and then in college within specific time period.

Faculty of college is average. But all know engineering colleges are never known for the teachers. At last all study a day before exam. But some faculty members are really very good. They have completed their PhDs.
