Remarks

Except college hostel and the location being a little outskirts so living expenses a little high and there is no medical stores within 1km around the hostel. Other than that everything about this college is really good. Everyone is so helpful and the campus is really beautiful the buildings are really nice architectural structures

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Course is lengthy and time taking. For good score you need to give atleast 80 and in the college all thr topics are discussed through sheets and ppts in detailed so if one learns what's done in college properly it's easy to answer during exam. And before semesters there are 2 monthly exams where one need to qualify in all of the papers in one of the monthly exam to keep good GPA in semester.

Placement Experience

5

Yes its neccessary for us to go in internship in last two years of architecture. I haven't experience any internship life yet so I dont know much. But yes our college offers good placements and Jobs opportunities. Here in the last year different national and international companies comes for counseling

College Events

5

Freshers is given to 1st year by the senior years Different culture events are done that day.that's one of the most fun day Onam is one of the biggest celebration in the campus. Farewell is celebrated too Three days program goes on annually famous artists of india comes in college that's one of the most eventful time of the college DJ night Sports day

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's a private college And as I was a management student Hence my fees was 2L per year. It was not really expensive when you compare with other private college. And yes if you though different state entrance the fees structure will be pretty less ( I dont know much about that part )

Fees and Financial Aid

Sorry I dont have much information about it. I dont think there is any scholarship area in our faculty atleast. But yes loan facilities are obviously there. I tried to get student loan from the bank I was allowed to get it though I didnt take any

Campus Life

5

The extracurricular activities are really good. We are taken to exercision out of india every year. Which is really fun. And even we are taken different areas of Bangalore even almost 2-3 times in a month. And sports are really good even you guys can take they different activites like learning new languages and etc.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I opted for hostel. I guess for me the hostel was not upto mark. I see my other friends hostel and my hostel it has huge difference. The food is good. But the rooms are not good. There is no general creation hall. The wifi is good. But other specialists like electric facilities water hot water it they have many problems. But well it was my personal experience. But one thing for sure you are pretty independent there not much restrictions. Only if night stay out you need permission from respective faculties HOD

Alumni/Alumna

They are the most friendly and helpful seniors. They are more like friends than seniors. They are like one call away to help us. Any subject related topics even campus related topics they are always there to talk to you and guide you.

Admission

I submitted my 10th and 12th mark sheet and NATA score and I was called by counselor of the respective college and I was called Bangalore to talk to the counselor about the course and my NATA Mark's. And all my queries and questions were answered by the sir clearly and gave me detailed instructions of fees structure

Faculty

5

The teachers are so friendly. I had been very sick for thr longest time they have been helping me so much to complete my assignments and learning about the subjects. Many external specialists come very often to teach about different topics. Even we are taken to many factories and site visiting by the faculties very frequently for practical experiences

Placement Experience:

Architecture is completely a solo thinking work we can work in groups as well but if a structure is designed by a single architect then it has a taste of that particular person but if its a group then all will be mixed and have different kind of brains giving different ideas soo an individual can manage even if he doesnt get a placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

You'll indulge in a lot of painting and are related stuff. Well since Architecture is not only about art, there are subjects which will use up your brain cells. You also get to go to study trips too! The ride is not smooth- everyday would be a submission day , everyday would be a love-hate relationship with the course. Internal reviews, external reviews, viva and jury, presentation and assignments, written exams...theyre enough to keep you busy throughout. Since its Affiliated to vtu, the system does seem not so updated to date. You cannot expect to have a month of holidays after each Semester too. Dont dream of having a pleasant vacation break.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is more condensed that other colleges', so it makes it easier to tackle multiple things at once. The course prepares us for real world applications through their dual internship program, which is a strong point in their curriculum. If the course in itself had more real world applications, instead of very superficial ideas, it would be more helpful The exams are a hurdle, but it comes with the rigor of the course, and it is something students end up adapting to over the course of 5 years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If you check with other colleges the approach to the curriculum is different and more fun. The process of learning is more fun and appealing making us satisfied of what we have done at the end. Sometimes we don't get how the teachers are expecting us to do our assignments but we figure it out some how. Exams happen twice a semester (mid-sem and end-sem).

Placement Experience:

Since our HOD changed this year, I'm not sire about when the placements are available, most probably would be for the 5th year students so 9th sem onwards. Not sur3 about which companies either, highest package would be 8000 I'm guessing, we don't get paid much. My plan is to switch courses, this was absolutely useless to me :)
