My college

Good campus filled with lots of trees, gardens with sitting arrangements, sway from city noises and busy atmosphere. Calm and quiet. Vast library. Large parking facility for students.

Course curriculum is splitted to semester wise and each semester is consisted with 2 internal exam and 1 final exam. The current system is too burdensome to the students in which they lacks time to manage their study with extracurricular activities.

In my knowledge no internships are provided. However campus placements and interviews are conducted in which students are given opportunity to find a career even before the course is completed. Major banks and companies have been a part of this system, seeking moet suitable human resources for them.

Many social and cultural events are celebrated here. Department wise celebrations are also encouraged.Annual day and alumni programs are arranged every year. Many scientific and techno expos are conducted in which outside public are also allowed to participate.

Feasible to students where admission is taken on merit basis. Moderately feasible to students where admission taken in self financing batch but or merit basis. Expensive to students in which admissions are taken in management quotas.

Government supported scholarship are allowed. Private scholarship provided from the part of college is not known.

Extracurricular activities like sports, labs, social services, National Cadet services, National service schemes, arts and cultural programs and competition etc are held.

No. Not opted for hostel. Hostel infrastructure facilities provided are good and satisfiable.

Alumni functions are held annually. College authorities co-ordinator efforts are helpful in this aspect.

Admission is through the process of applying to single window admission portal provided by calicut University. Admission is based on merit system in which candidate has to list out ,all the preferred colleges they wish to join in preferential order. Based on marks admission is alloted automatically.

Faculties are experienced and supportive. Those who have retired are allowed to continue their teaching profession in self financing batches , allowing the college to retain the well experienced faculty strength.
