My sister has studied there and the following are some major key highlights of CUSAT as per her experience: There is a 50:50 gender ratio in CUSAT. This makes it evident that CUSAT is popular in both North and South India, and not just in Kerala. It is a good institute and has two campuses. The first campus is in Cochin, known as SOE, and the other in Alleppey, known as CUCEK. The placements in both the campus of CUSAT are almost the same. There are some misconceptions in the minds of people that the campus in Alleppey is somewhat inferior in placement and other facilities. But, the truth is that students from both campuses get more or less equal opportunities.
