No, students can work at AIIMS on a contract basis for 6 months. If they want a regular appointment, they must clear the exam conducted by AIIMS for All India.

In my opinion, B.Sc Operation Theatre Technology at AIIMS Delhi offers significantly better job prospects compared to B.Sc Nursing at KGMU. AIIMS provides a paid internship of around ?14,000 per month, and upon qualifying for their placement exam, graduates can secure jobs with a salary of about ?60,000 per month, which is quite attractive. While KGMU also offers valuable nursing experience, the financial benefits and job security at AIIMS make it a more appealing option for those looking to maximize their career outcomes. If you're aiming for higher packages and direct connections to the healthcare industry, go for AIIMS Delhi; however, if you prefer nursing with a different focus, KGMU could still be a solid choice.

Both AIIMS Delhi and KGMU offer strong programs, but I’d lean towards B.Sc Operation Theatre Technology at AIIMS Delhi. The curriculum is intensive, providing hands-on experience in surgery and anesthesia, which is crucial for a career in healthcare. Plus, the paid internship at AIIMS, with a stipend of around ?14,000 per month, and the high potential for job placements post-completion are significant perks. In contrast, while KGMU’s B.Sc Nursing is also solid, it may not offer the same level of exposure or financial benefits. Honestly, if you’re looking for a prestigious program with excellent faculty and career opportunities, AIIMS Delhi is the way to go, while KGMU could be a better fit if your passion leans more toward nursing.

AIIMS Delhi for B.Sc Operation Theatre Technology is a significantly smarter financial choice compared to KGMU's B.Sc Nursing. With a ridiculously low fee of just ?500 for four years and a monthly hostel fee of ?20, AIIMS not only offers excellent ROI but also provides a paid internship at ?14,000 per month, which can lead to a solid job post-qualification earning around ?60,000 monthly. In contrast, KGMU may offer quality education, but the financial benefits and job placement opportunities do not match the value that AIIMS provides. If you want to maximize your financial investment and career prospects, go for AIIMS Delhi; if you're more inclined toward nursing and its specific paths, KGMU could be your choice, but it might not be as lucrative.

Yes, you can say that AIIMS nursing students have some advantages, but it's for a short term. After completing your graduation, you will be employed as a nursing officer, but on a contractual basis for a limited period—typically 6 months to 1 year. This term may be extended based on requirements. However, for a permanent position, you will need to qualify for the entrance exam conducted by AIIMS. Wishing you the best of luck!
