Should I join IIM Kashipur??

These projects help students bridge the gap between what they learn in class and real-world applications, while also offering organizations fresh perspectives.

2. Faculty: The professors here are not just academically brilliant but also bring valuable industry experience to the table. They've studied at top universities and have worked with renowned organizations. This means the knowledge they share is incredibly beneficial. I'm an alum from the 2013 batch of IIM Kashipur and now I work at Nomura, an investment bank. I scored a 99.3 percentile in CAT and picked IIM Kashipur over some private colleges. At first, getting top placements seemed a bit challenging, but eventually, everyone in my batch landed great jobs with big companies. Our job profiles are just as good as those from the older IIMs. The learning environment, exposure, and quality of peers are solid, and you'll definitely grow as a person over those 2 years. It's a good place to study for sure, but I can't compare it to other colleges because I've been out of the loop for the last 3 years in the corporate world.
