To join the Cyber Security Program you need to follow the following steps:

Firstly you have to visit the official website of NPTEL. Here is the direct link of the course:

https://onlinecourses.nptel.ac.in/noc23_cs127/preview

Then click on the Sign-in/Register button.
Fill out the form for the Cyber Security course and submit it.
