It is among the top 10 B schools in northern India. Being a student of this institution, I can share some facts which might be beneficial.
- It is beneficial as it provides international exposure as well.
- The certifications offered are industry-oriented and the International Immersion Program in which the students are taken to Singapore for international exposure.
- The course deals with the economic situation and the challenges faced around the globe.
- The objective of the program is to make business leaders able to influence business methods and contribute globally.
- The business managers could build strong concepts related to the International Regulations & WTO, Data Security in International Business scenario, Policies & Laws, Global Supply Chain Management, Cultural & Socio-economic issues; International HRM, logistics, and Documentation and Export-Import procedures.

Many papers which are in this course are also available in other PGDM courses. However, the time and duration of the paper can differ. Like the paper allowed in 1st year in IB can be scheduled for 2 years in the other PGDM course.
What are the hostel rules for AIIMS Jodhpur? Is it strict as compared to other AIIMS?
Following are some of the facts you should know about AIIMS Jodhpur hostel facilities:
- After 10:30 PM, you will not be allowed outside the hostel. This includes both boys and girls. If someone wishes to have an Overnight Pass, they can obtain it the same day.
- Both male and female students are provided a Single Room throughout MBBS.
- The rooms consist of a cooler, proper and well maintained beds, mattresses, a table and a chair.
- There is no restriction on the number of gate passes one requires.
- Vehicles are not allowed, but many students keep them. Some of the seniors also have their own cars.
- ACs have been installed by some senior students in the PG hostel.
- Trespassing to other hostels are not allowed, for both boys and girls.
Majority of the rules are the same as other colleges. The hostels usually during your initial years might come across as strict but eventually everything lightens up.

Some of my friends attended Wilson College for their BMS degree. You will get to meet people with diverse backgrounds from all over the country. The student crowd is good. As there are many extra-curricular and co-curriculer activities, you will get to work with many student and learn through interactions. This will certainly help you in your overall development.

To get admission to B.Tech in VSSUT, Burla, you need to first appear for the JEE Mains Paper-1 exam, and secure a good rank. Once you are done, follow these steps
- Fill out the OJEE Counseling form that is available in June.
- Enter the jee mains details as required
- Fill the slots as you get colleges and branches ranked in the upper order. Make sure to fill in the top priority college and branch of your choice.

Which college is better for a B.Tech in CS or IT, YMCAUST, Faridabad and Deen Bandu Chotu Ram (DCRUST) Murthal?
For a B.Tech in CS or IT, YMCAUST, Faridabad is better. It has a better CSE faculty. The placement and exposure offered are also better than DCRUST, Murthal. Better CS/IT companies visit YMCA, Faridabad placements. According to the recent placement highlights, the highest CTC offered is around INR 29 LPA.
Is a student doing MCA from IGNOU eligible for a Ph.D. from IITs?
IGNOU degrees are UGC approved. So, students who are doing MCA from IGNOU are eligible for Ph.D. from IITs. You need to have a valid NET or GATE score for applying. NET requires students to have at least 55% in MCA. Naturally, for IITs, the required NET or GATE rank is higher.

The number and level of the companies which visit the campus is going to go up in the coming years. The institute is fast developing in every aspect, be it infrastructure or the quality of students taking admission each year.
With a score of 170 in JEE Main, you have a pretty good chance of getting admission in CSE through the home state quota. You might even end up getting some other branches like EE, ECE, etc.
One of my friends has passed the third year from CSE, NIT Raipur, and is interning with the UnitedHealth Group, the sixth on the Fortune 500 list of companies.
