The course fee for M.Tech at NIT Calicut varies depending on several factors, such as the specialization you choose, your category (General/OBC/SC/ST), and the mode of admission (GATE/non-GATE).
For GATE-qualified candidates, the fee for M.Tech is generally around Rs. 70,000-80,000 per year for the General/OBC category and around Rs. 20,000-30,000 per year for SC/ST category.

Secondly, the coding culture at IIT Patna is greater than most IITs. It has the google powered DSC club too along with the Codechef Chapter which enhances the coding culture a lot and all branches have the provision of coding.
As for extracurricular activities, all of the institutes excel in the provision of the same but IIT Patna also has a finance club, if you're interested in the field of finance.
I recently graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at MANIT Bhopal.
The department has experienced, helpful and friendly professors, especially Dr. S. Suresh, Dr. Sunder Pal, and Dr. K. Suresh. The contract faculty mostly focuses on your mugging up skills, but the courses taken up by permanent teachers are really interesting and knowledge providing. Around 80% of the B.Tech Chemical students are placed from the campus each year, at an average package of around 7.5 LPA.
MANIT is a good choice for a degree in Chemical Engineering. You can consider this college for your higher studies.
In order to determine the right branch for yourself, you will have to go through a list of questions related to these branches individually.
Production Engineering:
If yes, then go for Production Engineering.
Instrumentation and control engineering:
If yes, then go for Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
Chemical engineering:
If yes then go for Chemical Engineering.

If you are a BITSAT aspirant, and looking forward to MyPat for BITSAT mock tests then you should know that the tests at MyPat are much harder than the actual BITSAT test.
Pros of Opting MyPat:
One of my friends took the test series by TCYONLINE. His experience was quite good. The TCYONLINE test series is similar to the actual BITSAT. Although they sometimes ask much easier questions that are not on the same level as BITSAT. That is the only drawback of this test series. There are also other test series like MTG, Embibe, etc.

Whether Post Graduation from IIM Sambalpur is worth it or not depends solely on what you want from your MBA and your career interests.
For instance, if you are already prospering in your current workplace, pursuing MBA is not worth the time and fees you will spend. The MBA degree will add no value to your profile so it’s better for you to keep working. I have seen many people forgoing offers from IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, and XLRI mainly because they are certain the MBA degree will add no value to their career and is just a waste of time and money.
While choosing any B School be it IIM Sambalpur or any other B School, you need to check if an MBA degree will help you escalate your career or if you will just end up with a hefty loan to repay and no career upgrade.
Coming to IIM Sambalpur specifically, I don’t think a person who is prospering at his current job and wants to do MBA just for the sake of it will want to join IIM Sambalpur. The MBA degree from that institute specifically adds no value at all to his profile. In other cases, you can think of joining IIM Sambalpur.
I am a Mechanical student at IIT Dhanbad. I can shed some light on my branch.
Mechanical is a very good branch at IIT Dhanbad. It witnesses very good placements, and the highest package is more than 20 LPA. One of our seniors got placed in Google for 72 LPA CTC, a few years back. Brands like Facebook, Google, and Microsoft visit the college, and many of them give opportunities to non-IT students.
IIT Dhanbad is known for its Mining branch. But as CSE is the craze of today, its cutoffs are quite high.
IIT Dhanbad is a wonderful college, totally deserving of the IIT tag. Don’t be misled by public opinion. IIT Dhanbad has a huge potential. Try to connect with some seniors in the branch of your choice to get a clearer perspective.
All NITs are well-reputed institutes that ensure quality education in India. Let us look into the features of NITs in detail.
Daily Life – All the NITs follow the same system, and there is no significant difference between them. The classes begin at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m., with a one-hour break in the afternoon. Like other colleges, regular classes are conducted five days a week, and on the weekends, students can take part in extracurricular activities. They also provide decent hostel facilities for the students
Ragging – It is strictly prohibited in all the NITs. Instead, there are state-wise groups of students that give students a chance to interact with the seniors.
Food – NIT Trichy is more into south Indian dishes, while other NITs have both south Indian and North Indian food.
Faculty and Placement – NITs have well-qualified scholars and guarantee 100% placement to the students, irrespective of the branches.
So, you can select any of the NITs based on your preference
