If you are considering pursuing a career in IT, here are some reasons why you should consider the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) in Indore, Madhya Pradesh:

• The students, environment, and culture at IET-DAVV are better than other colleges in the region. The institute focuses on providing quality education and a conducive learning environment.
• There is not much difference between the CS and IT courses offered at IET-DAVV. You can compare the syllabus of both branches on the college website and see for yourself. This means that you can pursue IT without worrying about any significant differences in the course content.
• IET-DAVV has a strong track record of successful placements. Many top recruiters such as Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, and Accenture visit the campus for recruitment, providing ample opportunities for students. Additionally, other companies such as Mu-Sigma, Capillary Technology, Incture Technology, CSC, and AmDocs have also recruited from the campus in small quantities. IT students are eligible for every single company that CS students can apply for, further broadening the placement opportunities.
• IET-DAVV has a good reputation in the field of engineering and technology education, which can be an added advantage while seeking employment or pursuing further education.
• The institute organizes various extra-curricular and co-curricular activities throughout the year, providing students with ample exposure to various cultural, technical, and social events. The institute's cultural fest, Aakshank, is considered one of the best in India, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their talents and interact with students from other colleges.

Overall, IT at IET-DAVV is a good option for students who want to pursue a career in IT. The institute provides quality education, successful placements, and ample exposure to various cultural, technical, and social events.

NIT Allahabad is a better choice than NIT Jamshedpur, especially for CSE. If you are not getting CSE, try going for IT because the branches are somewhat similar. Moreover, NIT Allahabad has options for internal sliding too so you can try your luck there. Chances of sliding to CSE are rare so you can try going for IT instead. 

Also, If you are considering joining a core branch, except CSE, IT, and ECE, remember that you will have to appear for GATE in the last year to get a job in PSUs.

From the above table, it can be inferred that NIT Allahabad has better placements and lower fees than NIT Jamshedpur. So it's a better choice than NIT Jamshedpur.

Among the two options, IIT Bhubaneswar CSE dual degree and BITS Goa CS, the latter seems to be a more promising option. Let me justify my stance in a better way.

The IIT Bhubaneswar dual degree has many flaws like

• You will be wasting one year of your education during which you could have done your Masters from a more recognized institute and in the branch you like.
• Deciding to do MTech in a branch you aren’t sure about is risky and you may end up regretting it later. You might want to do MBA and not MTech after your bachelor's but the dual degree restricts 

Financially too IIT Bhubaneswar dual degree is a poor decision. You will waste one year earning nothing and be paying extra fees all the more. BITS Goa CS m is better in almost all aspects like its alumni, start-up culture, placements, and campus facilities. So, I will recommend you choose BITS Goa over IIT Bhubaneswar.
