The selections made by the candidates will be closed automatically on 26 October 2020 at 10:00 a.m. The seat allocation process for UPSEE MBA 2020 Round 1 Counselling will then begin. The results of the Round 1 seat allocation will be released on the same day.

Online Willingness

Candidates who have been assigned a seat in the UPSEE MBA 2020 Counselling must confirm their Online Willingness or whether they wish to accept or reject the seat they have been allocated. In this respect, the following three choices will be made available

Freeze: Candidates who are satisfied with their seat allocation can freeze their seat. They can then pay the seat confirmation fee and report to their designated institution for final admission.

Float: Candidates who are not satisfied with their seat can choose the Float option. They will be considered for upgrade to the allocated seat (as per their preference) in the next round.

Withdraw: Candidates who wish to cancel their seat and withdraw their candidacy from further rounds of counselling must opt to Withdrawal.

Payment of Seat Confirmation Fee

Reporting at Allotted Institute

Candidates who have confirmed their seats may proceed to finalise their admission by reporting to the institute in person. They will have to complete the admission process of the institute, which will include the verification of documents and the payment of the balance fee. If the candidate fails to report to the institute before the specified time limit, his or her seat allocation will be cancelled.
