Bihar PGEAC 2026 Round 3 Rank Card Released; Check Counselling Schedule

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the Post Graduate Entrance Admission Counselling (PGEAC) 2026 Round 3 rank card. The rank card is available on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The Board has also issued the Round 3 counselling programme for M.Tech admissions.

This round is exclusively for Non-GATE candidates. It covers vacant seats left after the Round 2 counselling process. Registration for Round 3 was open from September 2 to September 6, 2026.

According to the official notice, counselling will begin on September 11, 2026. The entire admission process will be conducted in offline mode this year. Candidates must carry all original documents to the counselling venue.

Bihar PGEAC 2026 Round 3 Registration Fee

All applicants had to pay a flat registration fee of Rs 2,200. This charge applied uniformly across Unreserved, EWS, BC, EBC, SC, ST, and PwD categories.

Payment was accepted through online modes such as debit card, credit card, net banking, and UPI. Additional processing charges applied over and above the base fee.

Who Is Eligible for Bihar PGEAC 2026 Round 3?

The Board has opened this round to three specific groups of applicants. GATE qualifiers are excluded from this round.

• Fresh Non-GATE applicants who did not apply after the July 31, 2026 notification
• Non-GATE candidates from Round 2 who submitted willingness or consent by the deadline
• Non-GATE candidates who could not complete document verification during Round 2

How to Download the Bihar PGEAC 2026 Round 3 Rank Card?

Candidates can follow the steps below to access their rank card online.

1. Visit the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
2. Click on the PGEAC 2026 Round 3 Rank Card link on the homepage
3. Enter your login credentials such as user ID and password
4. The rank card will appear on the screen
5. Download the file and take a printout for reference

What Should Round 2 Admitted Candidates Carry?

Candidates already admitted in Round 2 must bring extra paperwork. They need the admission slip issued by their allotted college. A bonafide certificate from the same college is also mandatory at the counselling venue.

2. Study the vacant seat matrix published by the Board
3. Arrange all original academic and identity documents in advance
4. Report to the assigned counselling venue as per the schedule
5. Carry the admission slip and bonafide certificate if admitted in Round 2
