OUAT UG Spot Counselling 2026-27 Registration Open; Check Last Date to Apply

The Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) has opened UG spot counselling. Registration is open on the official portal at ouat.ac.in. The window closes on September 22, 2026.

This round is for UG admissions in the 2026-27 session. It fills seats that stay vacant after the main counselling. The Intimation-cum-Spot Rank card will be released on September 25.

Physical counselling will be held on September 29 and 30, 2026. Candidates must report at the OUAT campus on the allotted date.

Who Can Apply for OUAT UG Spot Counselling 2026?

The round is open to candidates who qualified the OUAT UG entrance. It also covers those who missed the earlier counselling rounds. Fresh eligible applicants for UG programmes may also register online.

How to Register for OUAT UG Spot Counselling 2026?

Registration is done fully online on the dedicated OUAT portal. Candidates should complete each step before the deadline.

1. Visit the official portal at ouat-lokaseba-odisha.in.
2. Create a login and fill personal and academic details.
3. Upload the required documents and photograph as per size limits.
4. Pay the applicable registration fee in online mode.
5. Submit the form and download the confirmation slip.

Documents Needed at Spot Counselling

Shortlisted candidates must carry originals plus self-attested photocopies. Missing any document may lead to rejection at the venue.

• OUAT admit card and Intimation-cum-Spot Rank card
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates
• Date of birth proof
• Caste, category, and PwD certificates, where applicable
• Odisha domicile or nativity certificate, where applicable
• Passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID

2. Download the Intimation-cum-Spot Rank card on September 25, 2026.
