Rajalakshmi Engineering College (REC), Chennai, has opened applications for UG and PG Admissions 2026. Eligible candidates can now apply for a wide range of engineering, technology, management, and interdisciplinary programmes offered by the institute. Admissions are open for B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MBA, and Accelerated Master's courses.

At the time of Rajalakshmi Engineering College admission, candidates must produce original certificates along with two sets of attested copies, including the SSLC Certificate (for Date of Birth proof), Higher Secondary Mark Sheet, Transfer Certificate, Community Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate, Nativity and Conduct Certificate, CET Entrance Examination Mark Sheet and Hall Ticket, and Eligibility Certificate (for candidates from other states). Candidates applying under special categories should also submit Sports or Extra-curricular Certificates (if applicable), along with three passport-size photographs.

Rajalakshmi Engineering College Chennai Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• B.E./B.Tech (HSC Candidates):

  Candidates must have passed HSC (Academic or Vocational) with required subjects.

• Lateral Entry (B.E./B.Tech):

  Diploma holders from relevant branches are eligible for direct admission to II year of the four-year degree programme.

• PG Programmes (M.E./M.Tech/MBA):

  Candidates must hold an appropriate bachelor’s degree from Anna University or any other recognised university accepted as equivalent by Anna University.
