The PG Medical Counselling Committee, Odisha, has released the NEET PG 2025 Round 3 final merit list for MD, MS, DNB, and Diploma admissions under the state quota.

The PG Medical Counselling Committee, Odisha, has released the final merit list for NEET PG 2025 Round 3 (Mop-Up) counselling for admission to postgraduate medical courses. Candidates who qualified in NEET PG 2025, both earlier and after the reduction in the cut-off score, have been included in the state merit list for admission to MD, MS, DNB, and PMN Diploma courses for the academic session 2025–26 under the state quota seats.

According to the official notification, the published merit list is provisional in nature. Authorities have clarified that any error detected at a later stage due to technical or administrative reasons will be corrected accordingly. The decision taken by the Counselling Committee in this regard will be final and binding on all candidates.

As per the reporting schedule for Round 3 counselling, candidates up to rank 850 must report on February 17, 2026, between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, while candidates ranked 851 onwards are required to report on February 18, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The committee also informed that candidates highlighted in the yellow-marked rows in the merit list have applied after the reduction in the NEET PG cut-off score. These candidates are eligible to participate in the counselling process, subject to verification of documents and fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
