NIFT Counselling 2024 Schedule Revised @nift.admissions.nic.in, Apply for Round 1 till June 15

New Delhi: The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has opened the registration window for the NIFT Counselling 2024 @nift.admisions.nic.in on June 5, 2024. The registration deadline has been extended from June 11, 2024 to June 15, 2024. Candidates who appeared in the NIFT 2024 exam and wish to take admission to UG and PG courses at any of the 18 campuses of NIFT can register themselves through the official website or through the direct link given below. 

Along with the extension of registration deadline, NIFT has also revised the dates for all the rounds of Counselling. According to the revised schedule, NIFT will release the seat allotment list for the Round 1 on June 21, 2024 instead of June 15, 2024. Candidates willing to register must confirm their seats by paying the admission fee by June 24, 2024. 

 The NIFT 2024 counselling process will be conducted in 4 rounds & 1 Spot round. Once the counselling process is completed candidates have to report to the allotted institute on July 31, 2024.

How to Register for NIFT Round 1 Counselling 2024?

Candidates who are willing to take admission to the NIFT B.Des & B.Tech courses can follow the below-mentioned steps to appear for the counselling process:

Step 1: Visit the official website @nift.admissions.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the link mentioned as “Registration & Choice Filling for UG Counselling”. The login window will appear.

Step 3: Click on “New Candidate Registration”.

Step 4: Read the Terms & Conditions & tick the “Agree” box.

Step 5: The candidate registration portal will appear. Fill in the details carefully & submit the form.

Step 6: Go to the “login portal” & complete the registration process.

What Documents are Required for NIFT Counselling 2024?

• Photograph (2 passport & 4 stamp size)
• Certificate of clearing 10+2 or equivalent examinations
• System generated letter/e-mail received by the candidate
• Copy of 12th class school leaving certificate (for domicile seats only)
• Certificate from the Board from which the candidate passed the Higher Secondary Examination
• A Valid PWD certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate of clearing 10+2 or equivalent examination (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for B.F.Tech)
• Certificate from the prescribed authority showing that the candidate belongs to an SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy) category. (Applicable only to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category)

What is the NIFT Counselling 2024 Fee?

There is no registration fee for NIFT Counselling 2024. However, candidates have to lock their seats by paying INR 1,83,200 after they are allotted seats during the seat allotment process.
