NEST 2026 Admit Card Download Temporarily Paused Till May 24

The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST 2026) admit card download has been temporarily paused due to technical issues. The admit card download service will resume on May 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM on the official website nestexam.in. You can log in with your application number and password to download your hall ticket.

The NEST 2026 examination is scheduled for June 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM. NEST is a common entrance test for admission to the five-year Integrated MSc programme offered by NISER Bhubaneswar and UM-DAE CEBS Mumbai. The exam is conducted in around 387 cities across India.

How to Download Your Admit Card?

Visit nestexam.in on your browser. Click on the "LOGIN" button. Enter your application number (N26xxxxxx), password, and captcha. Click "Go to Application" on the top-right. Download the admit card PDF. Print a hard copy of your admit card. Verify all details carefully before the exam.

Important Instructions for Exam Day

Carry a printed copy of your admit card (digital copies not accepted). Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License). Report to the exam center at least one hour before the scheduled time. Follow the reporting time mentioned in your admit card. Late entry is not permitted after the prescribed reporting time.

Prohibited Items in Exam Hall

Do not carry pens, pencils, or sheets. Calculators are strictly prohibited. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not allowed. Carrying prohibited items may lead to disqualification. Follow all instructions mentioned in your admit card.

Exam Details

NEST 2026 is a computer-based online test. The exam is conducted for admission to NISER Bhubaneswar (200 seats) and UM-DAE CEBS Mumbai (57 seats). Candidates must have studied at least three out of four basic science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics) in Classes XI and XII. Minimum 60% marks in Class XII required (55% for SC/ST/Divyangjan).

Scholarship Information

Admitted candidates are eligible for an annual scholarship of INR 60,000 through the DISHA program. Additional grant of INR 20,000 per annum for summer internships. Candidates selected for the INSPIRE-SHE program receive the INSPIRE scholarship.
