Key Guidelines for NEET UG Special Round Counselling

Eligibility to Participate:

• Candidates who missed earlier rounds or opted for "C.N.A." / "S.N.A." can attend the special round.
• Candidates who were allotted a seat in the previous rounds and did not join are also eligible to participate.

Mandatory Document Submission:

• Candidates must present original documents, including NEET scorecard, class 12th marksheet, and proof of identity, at the time of reporting.

Payment Details for Special Round

• Amount: ₹1,000 (Non-refundable)
• Payment Mode: POS machines at BOPEE offices (Debit/Credit Cards only)
• Note: Payment is mandatory to participate in the Special Round. Candidates who do not pay will not be able to proceed with choice filling or seat allotment.

Important Notes

• Working Days: All participating institutes/colleges will treat Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted holidays as working days to adhere to the strict timeline.
• Choice Locking: Candidates must lock their choices within the given timeframe to ensure their participation in seat allotment.
• Reporting Deadline: Candidates must report to their allotted college by 30th Nov 2024 to secure their seat.
• Seat Matrix: Updated seat matrix and list of vacant seats will be uploaded on the official website before the start of the counselling process.

Additional Considerations

• Spot Round Option: If seats remain vacant after this round, a Spot Round may be conducted to fill these seats. Updates regarding this will be shared later.
• Regular Updates: Candidates are advised to frequently check the official NEET UG counselling portal for any changes in the schedule or instructions.
