The University of Mumbai has notified the revised dates of exams of various programs that were postponed due to heavy rains on July 27 for the MA, MSc and MSc (Research) programs.
New Delhi: Mumbai University has announced the revised dates for exams that were postponed due to heavy rains on July 27. Aspirants can check the detailed schedule through the official website @mu.ac.in
Mumbai University has mentioned that the pending semester examinations of second-year BBA LLB of both Semesters 3 and 4 will be held on August 8, 2023. Apart from that, Semester 1 exams of MA, MSc, and MSc (Research) will be conducted on August 11, 2023.
In the notification, it is also mentioned that the remaining papers of various MU Courses will be conducted on August 5, 2023.
Mumbai University postponed 15 examinations in total due to heavy rain last Thursday. The exams of the January session of first and second-year students of the Institute of Distance and Open Learning were also postponed. On July 27, the university declared a holiday for all Mumbai University Affiliated Colleges.
Both the University of Mumbai and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) have declared a holiday for government and private schools and colleges on July 27 due to a "red alert" issued by the Indian Meteorological Department for the city.
