Additionally, students are required to sign a bond committing to serve the Government of Maharashtra, local self-government, defence services, or Kasturba Health Society for one year post-internship, with a penalty of ₹10 lakh for non-compliance.

MGIMS offers 100 MBBS seats, distributed across Maharashtra, all-India quota, and central pool seats.
