New Delhi: With the release of the Manipur Class 12 board exam results 2024, the Manipur Board has released the names of the topper students. The COHSEM board announced the Manipur Class 12 result 2024, wherein a total of 45 students have scored a 100 in health and physical education subject, maximum of all. According to the Manipur Board, the overall pass percentage across all streams this year was recorded at 97.63%, with Thoubal district achieving the highest pass percentage of 99.58%, followed by Bishnupur district with 99.19%. The Ukhrul district recorded the lowest pass percentage at 85.95%, which is also an improvement from the 2023 pass rate of 88.68%.

The Government higher secondary schools achieved an overall pass percentage of 95.49%, while non-government schools recorded a higher rate of 98.18%. Further, female students outperformed the male students in both government and non-government higher secondary schools.

Fine arts was ranked as the second most popular subject among students, with 11 achieving a perfect score of 100 in the higher secondary exams. Moreover, 10 students scored full marks in physics, while five in computer science. Apart from the core subjects, Manipur Class 12 students also secured perfect scores of 100 in Manipuri (MIL), biology, English, Thang-Ta, and mathematics.

Malemnganbi Laishram, who secured 98 marks in chemistry, emerged as the top scorer in the science stream for Manipur Class 12th results 2024. While, Yumnam Khenika Devi, secured the second position in the science stream with 100 score in the biology subject.
