The admission process for the Online Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme at Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) is currently ongoing for the 2026 academic session. Interested candidates can apply through the official website before the final deadline of October 31, 2025.

To be eligible for admission, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognised university. Applicants from non-computer backgrounds can also apply, subject to completion of bridge courses as required by the university.

Manipal University Online MCA Fees 2026

As per the university’s official notification, the total course fee for the Online MCA programme is ₹1,58,000, inclusive of all taxes. The programme consists of four semesters, with each semester costing ₹39,500. Additionally, students have the option to pay through EMIs starting at ₹6,583 per month. The fee structure remains the same as last year.
