KL University has officially released the Phase 2 schedule for its major entrance examinations for the 2026 admission cycle. These exams include KLEEE (KL Engineering Entrance Examination), KLSAT (KL Science Aptitude Test), KLMAT (KL Management Admission Test), KLECET (KL Engineering Common Entrance Test), and KLHAT (KL Humanities Aptitude Test).

As per the official notification, the last date to submit applications for Phase 2 is 2 January 2026. Following this, the online admit cards will be issued from 2 to 4 January 2026. KL University will conduct its Phase 2 entrance exams from 3 to 5 January 2026, while the Phase 3 application and exam schedule will be announced soon on the official website.

KLEEE for B.Tech, KLECET for B.Tech Lateral Entry, and KLMAT for management programs. KLSAT for Science stream and KLHAT for Humanities Courses. For all other courses, admission is determined through merit, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round.

KL University Entrance Exams 2026 Syllabus & Pattern

The university has also shared detailed information about the exam pattern. KLEEE will be a 180-minute test with 75 questions from Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, following JEE-level difficulty. KLSAT, also 180 minutes long, will include 160 questions covering Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

For diploma and lateral entry aspirants, KLECET will be a 90-minute test with 25 questions based on MPC and domain subjects such as EEE, CSE, ECE, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering. KLHAT and KLMAT will each be 90-minute exams with sections on English, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Skills, and General Knowledge.

KL University’s online application form is open for all UG and PG programs offered at the Hyderabad and Vijayawada campuses. The application fee is INR 1000 (non-refundable), and applicants must use a valid email ID for all communication. Candidates can edit their application after submission, except for the registered email ID and mobile number.
