KIITEE 2026 Phase 1 Slot Booking Begins; Exams Scheduled from April 16

The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) has opened Phase 1 slot booking for KIITEE 2026, the entrance examination for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Candidates can now book their preferred examination slots for Phase 1, which will be conducted from April 16 to 20, 2026, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Interested candidates must visit the official KIITEE portal to complete their slot booking before the deadline.

Admission to all programmes, except MBBS, BDS, PG Medical, and PG Dental courses, will be conducted exclusively through the KIITEE 2026.

KIITEE 2026 is a multiple-choice question (MCQ) based entrance examination conducted in English medium with a total duration of 150 minutes (2.5 hours). The question paper consists of 120 MCQs with a total of 480 marks, with each correct answer earning 4 marks.

KIITEE 2026 Important Dates for All Phases:

• Phase 1 examination dates: April 16-20, 2026
• Last date to apply for Phase 2: May 30, 2026
• Phase 2 examination dates: June 4-8, 2026
• Last date to apply for Phase 3: July 1, 2026
• Phase 3 examination dates: July 5-7, 2026

KIITEE 2026 Slot Booking Proces

Candidates must log in to the official KIITEE portal to book their exam slot. They can select their preferred date and time from the available options. Slot booking is mandatory and determines the exact schedule of the examination, so candidates are advised to book early to secure their preferred slot.

After the completion of all three phases of examination, KIIT will prepare merit lists based on candidates' performance in KIITEE 2026. Phase 1 results are expected to be declared in April 2026, Phase 2 results in the last week of June 2026, and Phase 3 results in July 2026. Following the result declaration, the university will conduct counselling and seat allotment in multiple rounds.
