This extension applies to all courses, including Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, Medical, and Medical Allied programs.

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has extended the deadline for the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2026 online applications. Candidates who have not yet applied for professional degree courses in Kerala now have additional time to complete their registration and fee payment.
According to the latest notification, the last date to submit the online application has been moved to February 6, 2026, until 5:00 PM. This extension applies to all courses, including Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, Medical, and Medical Allied programs.
The application fee for KEAM 2026 is determined based on the specific course combinations a candidate selects and their social category. For those applying exclusively for Engineering or B.Pharm, the fee is ₹925 for General/OBC candidates and ₹400 for Scheduled Caste (SC) applicants. If a candidate chooses only Architecture or Medical & Allied courses, the cost is reduced to ₹650 for General/OBC and ₹260 for SC categories.
Those opting for a combination of Both Engineering and Medical streams must pay a consolidated fee of ₹1,575 (General/OBC) or ₹660 (SC). Notably, candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category are exempted from the application fee (Nil). Additionally, any candidate who selects an Examination Centre in the UAE must pay an additional service fee of ₹16,000 on top of the standard application charge.

Candidates can apply for the following professional categories through a single application:
- Engineering: B.Tech (various branches), Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, Dairy Technology.
- Pharmacy: B.Pharm.
- Architecture: B.Arch.
- Medical: MBBS, BDS, BHMS (Homoeo), BAMS (Ayurveda), BSMS (Siddha), BUMS (Unani).
- Medical Allied: BSc (Hons.) Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary, Fisheries, Co-operation & Banking, Climate Change & Environmental Science, and B.Tech Biotechnology.

KEAM 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian Citizen. PIO/OCI candidates are also eligible but cannot claim a reservation.
- Age: Applicants must be at least 17 years of age as of December 31, 2026. There is no upper age limit for most courses (except Medical, as per NEET guidelines).
- Nativity: Candidates must belong to one of the categories: Keralite, Non-Keralite Category I (NK I), or Non-Keralite Category II (NK II).
- Academic: * Engineering: Must have passed 10+2 with 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology.
- Architecture: Must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (or 10+3 Diploma) and qualify in NATA.
- Medical: Must qualify in NEET-UG 2026.

KEAM 2026 Selection Process
- Engineering: Rank is prepared with a 50:50 weightage between the KEAM Entrance Exam score and the 10+2 marks in PCM.
- Pharmacy: Based solely on the score of Paper 1 (Physics & Chemistry) of the KEAM Entrance Exam.
- Architecture: Based on a 50:50 weightage of NATA scores and 10+2 aggregate marks.
- Medical/Allied: Based entirely on NEET-UG 2026 rankings.
KEAM 2026-How to Apply?
- Visit the official website: cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Step 1 (Registration): Register using a valid Mobile Number and Email ID to get an Application Number.
- Step 2 (Fill Application): Enter personal, educational, and reservation details.
- Step 3 (Pay Fee): Pay the application fee via online payment (Net Banking/Card).
- Step 4 (Upload Images): Upload a passport-size Photograph, Signature, and required documents (SSLC, Nativity, etc.) in PDF format.
- Step 5 (Print): Take a printout of the Acknowledgement Page for future reference.
