The total tuition fee for the entire 4 1⁄2-year course is ₹1.25 crore for General category and USD 2,50,000 for NRI category, payable in five equal installments.

Candidates must pay the entire first-year fees before reporting. The university offers 150 MBBS seats at each campus.

The hostel and mess fees are higher in Faridabad compared to the Kochi campus, and students must also pay a ₹10,000 refundable security deposit. Hostel fees are collected at the time of onboarding, while the other fees are common for both categories and must be paid in INR only.
